Good Morning
Can you please tell me that how much CHC London will take to verify the document after sending the 2AOR to candidate. I mean when visa eligilibility review will be completed after the confirmation of receipt acknowledgement of documents through 2AOR
No idea it cud take another 12-18 months Saki |

I am applying for PR under FSW category 2 (arranged employment). Do you have a good sample of "letter from employer confirming that he will employ me indeterminately upon receiving permanent resident status".
Do you know how many months it is taking these days to get the PR under this category?
Is this the fastest way?

HI Yes he will get his original documents back, normally they return it with the final decision letter but if he send them an email they will send his original documents back, they cant hold original documents, they only hold the forms and copies but not original. Cheers Saki |

Sorry to say that, they never send back original IELTS result, @ saida you can get another original copy from your testing centre without any fee (or nominal fee). thanks Yes IELTS as well since its an original document and can be used in many other places.

I sent full doc on 27 Mar & got 2nd AOR on 12 Apr, 10. 2nd baby born on 24 Apr. Addl doc sent on 6 Oct. Status changed to in process since 2nd dec, '10. I sent mail to know the case status on 21 Jan & they replied on 26 about encasement problem of the bank draft sent for newborn & suggested to send a new one. New draft sent on 27 Jan & it was delivered to them on 31 Jan, '11. They returned the old draft on 2nd Feb & I got it on 9 Fe. Till then I am just waiting. Should I send a case specific inquiry?
