Dear Saki,

we need your help. We received refusal letter from CIO two days ago because they couldnt make credit card payment therefor we made a mistake writing the invalid expiry date.
Now, we want to resubmit application, but we dont know if we need to fill again all new forms or we just need to fill only the main form with the UCI number and send it back with all documents they have already checked. Please, help, its urgent.
Thanks,

SARA

Hi

You can submit the same forms just put the current date with all your other documents and ofcourse the correct date of your credit card.

Sara

You just need to update the forms last page whereever u have put the present date as date will be old now so on your all forms in the end where u have signed and put the date just make sure you fill thatnpage again with the current date. Rest all information in the form is same so u dont need to refill those forms again just last page whereneverbthey have asked you to sign and date.

Hope this clears your confusion

Cheers

sir,
I am a March 26 , 2010 applicant , NOC 3152,

My Consultant received a letter dated on 23 March 2012, from London Visa Office saying that "file has been reviewed by an officer and found to be eligible for further processing. We anticipate being able to advise you of the next processing in 6 to 12 months time.

Please note that your application is still subject to admissibility checks and verifications that are deemed necessary .You should not take any irrevocable action such as selling your property, quitting job, .....,
Please do not make any case status requests during next 12months as they will not be answered"

What is this means? E status remains the same pending for review -inside and out side in process.
Kindly let me know what they might have reviewed at this time? Points might have given or not? How long more it could take?

Thank You,

I have received the same letter.  It means the case may be undergoing background/security check or They would start working after or within the timeframe they have mentioned in the letter; 6/12 months.  During this period, the applicant may receive the updated forms request or MR.
