A letter after Medical Chekup was done

Hi,

I am a MPNP applicant, I have done the medical and the ecas the status has been updated to " Medicals received " today my wife received a phone call from the embassy telling her that they are trying to send us a letter however due to wrong address the letter did not arrive , they confirmed the address with her over the phone and they will try to resend it.

any idea what could this letter be ? i guess not PPR as this is usually received by email right ??
