A few questions for clarification for application submission phase 2

Dear friends,

I need some help to fully comprehend the visa specific (stage 2) requirements. I am a Pakistani national.

1- Whats is proof of child custody? I have one son (less than a year old and Canadian national although myself and wife are not Canadians and are not currently residing in Canada). How do I prove that the child is in my custody?

2- I have employment contracts from my company however I am confused whether I am supposed to send the originals or simply get those photocopied and then notarized.

3- Do i need to send the original birth certificate of my son who is a Canadian national or simply a photocopy of his birth certificate OR copy of certificate notarized.

4- I took IELTS on 19 Nov 2008 and submitted application in first week of Nov 2009 (received by CIO on 12th Nov 2009 as per DHL) & got the initial acceptance e-mail on 20th Jan 2010. Now will my IELTS be still valid as they are asking that the test shall be no more than 1 year old.

5- I understand that I will have to send the original birth certificates (self and wife), original Nikkah nama, original university degrees (for self and wife), original police clearances (for self and wife) and original transcripts of degrees in sealed envelop (self and wife) & original letter from company on work experience & original IELTS result - Is there anything that I am missing.

Can someone plz clarify these points to me as I am very confused. I have been cleared from CIO and now need to apply to Canadian embassy in Pakistan.

Dear Sir,

Thanks for reading me. The immigration office in Singapore asks me the following two papers that is give bellow:

Additional Information Required

1. Both Masters and Bachelors degree Sent directly by educational institute to the High Commission of Canada in a sealed envelop for yourself.

Should i ask my institute to give me those certificate by sealed envelop and then I will send to the High Commission of Canada?

2. Copy of original Masters Degree for yourself

Should I photocopy the certificate and send with the above file?

Anyway, I am confused about the word ''Sent directly by educational institute''. If i ask to my institute it will be time consuming and they give me only 45 days.

I will be delight if you can give me some suggestions regarding this.
