I am from the US and have been collecting my police reports from various states I've lived in. One of the states sent back a report 3 infractions.
  • 2005 Class B Misdemeanor- Issuing a bad check- Terminated in favor of the accused
  • 1995 Disorderly Conduct, Sentenced to Conditional Discharge
  • 1995 Class C Misdemeanor- Driving While Intoxicated-Discharged

However, on my FBI report it shows only the DWI.

My question is... will these infractions prevent me from being able to move ahead with my application?

Any positive input will be greatly appreciated.

Possibly; you need to read up on the rehabilitation time(s).  Also remember that whilst certain offences may be misdemeanors in the US they may be hybrid offences in Canada and therefore classed as indictable (which can be the difference between the rehabilitation periods).
