Dear friends,

I am an applicant of April 2004 (Islamabad). My case was transferred to London office on April 20, 2011. I received an email from London office on June 26, 2011 to submit updated forms along with police certificates and Proof of Fund. I have submitted documents on July 25, 2011.
Any idea what will be next step?

Well, yes, in my case it took 1 year for them to issue medical request. But it does not mean it will take the same amount of time in your case. They are talking about speeding up the process for backlog applicants, so perhaps you could get the Medical Request sooner. Good luck!

Delhi has still pending with Dec2003 applicants ie 92 months and counting. Beat that?
And to add insult to injury Delhi says they will not be processing pre-feb2008 applications for this year and next year ie is good 2 years. Hats off to the CIC.

Fall 2011, Spring and Summer of 2012 would be to watch for getting the backlogs to be finalized.
