Hi all,

I would like to know some information on Canadian taxes, I am currently working in USA would like to move to canada, so I need some information

How much you get in hand every month ( after federal, state tax)If you get 80k per anum in Edmonton, Alberta.

How about cost of living in Edmonton, Alberta.

I would guess around $5,000 per month. (Don't quote me on that though).

Accurate within a few dollars, ALabaman -- provided that the $80K was all employment income.

Nov 09 Approved; sent to Hong Kong.
Interview April 4, 2011 (so slow!!). Passed.
15 April 2011 New medical done.
7 July 2011  COPR received.
15 July 2011 landed in Vancouver. At last.
