8 months passed after 2nd AOR, no update, who and where should I contact ??

Dear All,

I received my 2nd AOR on 28th June 2011, from High Commision of Canada, stating my new Application number, which has not been updated till now. It also tells me that if I am not being contacted within 8months I can contact them but how and where, dont know !

Can anyone help me in this regard ?? and why there has not been any update since 7-8 months, are they sleeping, dont really care updating my ECAS !!! 

Any help regarding the above will be very very helpful. Thanks in advance

You can make request to Visa Office London about the current status of your application by Case Specific Enquiry or by  e mail, letter send by post or through fax.
