8 months of in-process application.

Hi,

incomplete data was submitted and received reply late 2010 which gave me until February 2011 to complete the documents. I re-submitted the complete application last Feb 2011 but have not yet get any kind of reply until then. I checked the status of my application using their online system today, apparently the status is still IN PROCESS.

Buffalo NY is the visa processing office. I was concern if this is something normal. It will be 8 months at the end of this month and would like to know if there are ways to contact them somehow about the status? Is somebody here has the same status as mine?

i forgot to include that had received AOR May of 2011 of the document send Feb 2011.
