I applied under FSW, I got file number in Feb 2006, I sent update in Aug 2008, I sent medical and Fees in March 2009, in Aug 2009 they request gain for Police Clearance and Proof of Fund, I sent it in Sep 2009, before 5 days my consultant sent them a fax and till now no news

Off topic - And, no disrespect intended here but, an interesting username.  Hopefully it is used in the literal sense not the more commonly used...

I wouldnt worry, although the medical is just about the last step that they call for, i sent my medical in in february 2008 and only heard from immigration at the Beginning of December 2008. they Will let you know just before you are finally approved, as long as you land in canada within a year of your medical submission, you are safe...if you havent heard anything its a good sign, if you were refused for any medical reason or and reason at all, they would let you know sooner than they would if they were still working on your file.
