7 weeks no visa???? Pls help..

Hello Seniors,
I have submitted passports to newyork on Jan 12 (after ppr) it reached jan 13 and Ecas changed to DM on feb 01-- Decession has been made on your application Immigration authorities will contact you concerning this decession. I have even sent express envolope with it.. Still didnt get passport back. Last week i sent them email questioning regarding passports..No reply yet...
Am i under normal time?? Whats going on why are they taking so much time whereas the letter said it will take 30 days??? What do you think i should do??

Yes, don't get tension too much on this matter. Hopefully this month you could get the passport back. Relax!!.

Can there be a chance that even after sending an envelope they send your passports in Regular mail???

They send it via registered mail only in the case of passport.

In some cases does Visa office takes 8 to 10 weeks for returning passports is that true...I have read it in some blogs...
