You will soon see an update of your e cas status. It will re appear with the new status.

I submitted my full docs to london office on 22nd July. My e-cas shows "Initial Eligibility Review Complete by Central Intake Office (CIO) Sydney, NS to "Application Received" to "In-Process" since August.

Since then I am waiting for an update

I'm afraid, it could be negative, though not very sure,  as a lot of "discrepancies" have been reported by a lot of applicants with regards to eCAS statuses.

Zakout,

I suggest you send them e mail and ask them why e cas status is changed to decision made but you did not receive any letter from them. They might had sent you some request like additional documents but you did not receive it. Usually request for additional documents has deadline set with it, That if you cannot submit it within the specified time they will reject your application.

Other possibilities could be upon review of your supporting documents you scored less than 67 points or the IO is not convinced that you fit to the NOC that you applied or your job descriptions do not match with the JD as specified in the NOC.

Human Error is also possible, and hope they made a mistake in updating your e cas status.

These are all speculations. I believe soon you will receive a letter from them telling you of the reasons for rejection. If you cannot wait, you can send them e mail.

Decision made before medical means a rejection.

As you mentioned earlies that your status changed to "IN PROCESS" that shows you have cleared the points stage. However, I feel the same way that they might have sent you the letter for u-dating the documents and you was unable to produce in the given time. Please check your emails including spam folder.

Send them a mail showing your concern over th e-status.

If e-Cas status is "In Process" for over 1.5 months, does it means that the next step is request for medicals...... or they can still refuse. When is the background check done....?

Gah, manila seems to be slow too nowadays. SG seems the faster one so far but it seems that all offices are slowing down a bit. getting close to nov 09 - new noc list? re-prioritize the new nocs? loads of applicants?
