I think you should go back to your medical practitioner and ask what happened to the medical reports and when it was submitted.

it will usually take 2 weeks for CIC to update the ecas status once they rec'd the medical result

My husband received a reminder email on the medical, as well. Additional tests were required from us which clearly is the reason for the delay.

Our papers are processed at Ottawa but will have to pass through CEM. Now, my question is, which embassy updates the e-cas? Would it be updated here in Manila or once the medical reports reach Ottawa?

Are you sure about this? Mine has not been updated after 2 weeks!

I can confirm the 2 weeks timeline (see timeline on my left) but there are factors behind it too

- Can you confirm that you DMP has sent the medicals?
- Location and speed of postal processing. If your DMP sent it through snail mail then definitely 2 weeks is going to be a rather tight timeframe

My suggestion is to give it one month before contacting them. Ensure that you have your receipt and tracking number as a proof that medicals were done.
