I applied for PR, first time in Aug 2008,when my agent sent my application and i am not in the list ( i was in my new position finance officer to complete a year after 4 months, after i completed a year in noc 1111 i applied again July 2009, than i was having a prob with my ielts score not getting 16 points to achieve 67, but by that time i got job offer in NOV 2009 while my pr application was in process, i sent a letter to vo to wait my aeo approval so i can be qualify, unfortunately HRSDC took 7 long months to approve my AEO, b4 aeo approval my file got rejected, vo claims i couldn't achieve 67 points that was in july 2010 after two months of my aeo approval i sent a request to reopen my file VO rejected again, and now after sep my ielts was expire so i cant send only after new fresh ielts,in jan 2011, i sent my application for the 3rd time it came back from cio whole application mistake from cio they thought its accountant and not in the list, my agent highlight and sent 4 the forth time its an aeo application not fsw1, that was in april 2011, after 2 months in june 2011 my whole appli return again, cio said missing letter from employer which claim to hire me once pr issued, any how my agent sent it back for the 5th time and reached cio on 30th June 2011 and now am expecting any kind of cio mistakes, am so afraid now cus if my file return back i cant apply anymore , my aeo was for one year only and i don't know why, in Sep 2011 will expire, hope this time i will get my pr.

Dear Seniors, I liked the seniors thinking and advices. Would anybody please help me assessing my issue:
I achieved IELTS Score: L:6.0, R:5.5, W:5.5, S:6.0 , Overall band: 6.0 i,e all the bands are moderate.
Complete application sent to CIO on May 2011.
I got 2nd AOR from Singapore VO on July,2011 and my NOC is 2121 & 7241.
ECAS Status: RBVO.
Would you please help me assessing my case if there is any chance to be affected due to IELTS score (my moderate level score) at this stage getting Visa?
Thanking you with kindest regards.
Hollowman.

Dear All,
My IELTS SCORES are as follows:
Listening: 6.5 Writing: 6.5 Reading: 7 Speaking: 8
Band: 7
14 out 16 on language.
I have an AEO and total points 70pts My occupation is Customs Broker.
Even though I have more than 67pts I still feel my English scores are not to impress the VO should I resit the test and try to score a Band 8? Not having got the minimum for high score (7.5) in listening troubles me should I submit my score as it is? I think that IELTS score is the key factor for visa here...

Hi! You have scored three HIGHS. You have more than enough. No need to sit for another IELTS. Just my opinion. Thanks

Thanks Cocknbull, maybe I'm just a little paranoid but unlike many of you I don't have a Bacherlor's degree.. The only reason I'm able to achieve 70 Pts is because I have AEO & 5 yrs of work exp. For the same industry.. Good luck to everyone!

As long as your score is more than 67, you are good to go.
