I am a painter working as a Portrait Painter from 13 years, want to apply for Canada Immigration but today i found that this category is closed now. Is there any possibility that i can check that whats the real situation. i have consult 7 different Law companies and i got mixed answers. plz help.

you can apply as self employed. I am an Illustrator and that's what I did. been waiting since 2006...
