pls anyone suggest me that is the size of 4to, for delhi high commission
immigration purpose
i m in process for forwarding documents

what is 4to?
If you mean photo, the standard size for Canada Immigration is 35 mm x 45 mm on white back gound.
For details look at the photo specification (requirements) at the CIC website
