Is it too much to send 450 pages (225 pages double sided) of chat log? Is this too much? What would your recommend?

Way too much.  How about a couple of pages from every month you have been chatting.

I second that. Way too much. Depending on how much time is covered, you could also send some from near the beginning, middle and end, and just put a note that there is lots more where that came from. Chances are they won't ask. We submitted 6 pages of skype history out of 75, and they accepted that.
