Post secondary school (not college or university) in your country is probably secondary school in canada, so you should use NOC of teachers for that job. For the teaching at university, you could either use 4121 or 4131.
You should get points for both jobs. You are eligible as long as you have one year of 4131 or 4121.

I may have said it wrong above. Your work at +2, is it more like a pre-university school or is it a vocational school?

@ diwakar - Since your first job experience is of teaching at +2 level which is senior secondary (or post secondary not college/university level) has occurred in India hence you don't qualify under 4131 or 4121.
BUT with your second job, you are eligible because you have taught in University to bachelor level students so you qualify under NOC-4121 University Professors.
Your first experience will be considered under NOC-4141 (Secondary Teacher).

@ rupesh....... It was 3 years vocational program in agriculture after which the students are eligible for bachelor level entrance.
@ Rajnik My job , both, was in Nepal but I guess the system is simillar in India. Thanx anyways.
Also I am a bit curious of next changes on noc list , esp 38 occupation list, in 2011, how significant is that gonna be is u guys opinin..... just a flat guess.
Is there any possibilty that the canada may loose or tight the existing immigration procedure for skilled workers.... we are in recession but on the other hand canaa is not meeting its annual migrants intake for some years.............for an open guess opnion only

i would say your first job is like a teacher at school but you qualify for FSW1 through your university job. As for changes to the list, i have no idea. i would say yes only because 2011 is still far away.

diwakar it would be very difficuilt or nearly impossible to predict anything about the changes Canada immigration may bring to us, same as we failed to forecast the changes they made after November 2008 so I simply can not answer this question of yours....sorry.
However I would like to tell you that you qualify for FSW1 through university job....congratulations!!
As for your first job, you may also qualify with this if you can prove you were employed as a Vocational teacher because the program you taught was vocational and Vocational teachers are there in 38 occupations list under NOC-4131 though I do not think you need to do that because you already have experience as University professor so you are through with this.
Ps: BTW, I had thought you were from India....sorry about that.

I think that if AA77 had applied under 4121, he would still get rejected. His rejection was based on the fact that his job doesn't fit any NOcode on the list.
Diwakar - 4121 might be a better code for you but check it out before you decide it is better. In fact, I do think it is better but not because AA77 got rejected on 4131 but because you taught at a university as opposed to a tertiary college.
