4131 NOC.........Help seniors plz

Hi

Any refusal for 4131 (English Lecturer) because of not that good marks in IELTS?

I was extremely sick at the IELTS exam>>>> excellent in Writing.......good in 3 other skills...

VO is London.....More than 67...

Plz advise...

btw brother what is ur score..........being eng lecturer gud score is expected but if u have 67 thn no need to worry........

You had already sent your full document to V.O. so all what you could do is wait.
I have read similar case in this forum with much lower IELTS score where London office gave him a chance to respond to their concerns about his score( if I remember it was three basic and one good for his case). Let's hope they don't make a fuss about your file or mine, and hopefully your file will sail smoothly.
I am also under NOC 4131 and had 2 excellent and two good in the test.

IELTS band is 7.5
 Speaking: 7.0
 Writing: 6.5
 Listening: 8.5
 Reading: 8.5

I guess they pay more attention to IELTS of 4131 more than other NOCs. But there are other factors to be taken into consideration as well.
(hopefully they would find my IELTS result ok enough)

i am also 4131 applicant secured 6.5 in Academic IELTS
i am an Englsih LEcturer in India
sent my application to ND office
but i didn'tmention that NOC is English LEcturer
i have simply put Lecturer.
i am also worried about low ielts. they may expect more
but my overall points reaches 75.
My individual bands are
L-6.5
R-7
W-6.5
s-6.5
if u come to know any other details regarding
the expected of IELTS score for English lecturer share it here.

if your total equals 67 whats your worries then. doesnt matter if you get 12 from english language proficeiency...

I checked with the 28 occupations list but 4131 is not included in this list..

How did you applied to FSW category? Have you got AEO/LMO??
Or this category is there in 28 NOC list?

Hi Mkshah,

This category was in the list but not anymore since 26th June when new list was issued. We all applied before the new list was issued.
