Hello every one

Currently i am working as  graphics art lecturer in an local animation college owned by a private company. Its a private college who is only authorize to issue diplomas. Its not a government owned vocational institute.
Now i am not clear weather i can apply in this NOC or my experience will count.

I am not an expert at Canadian Immigration. The CIC website is a great (if not the greatest) resource for Canadian Immigration. Also see http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/common-questions-t13225.0.html

i dont know if this matters or not. If its a degree/diploma granting institution, it may have to be recognized by the respective government. I just don't how that works or if it matters.
