Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi.

Backround checks on this application have been completed and currently File is pending for final review by the responsible processing team and a decision by the officer.  As soon as the review has taken place, our office will contact the applicants in case any further documentation or information is required.  If the officer is satisfied all requirements have been met, visas will be issued, following which we will return the passports to the applicant by registered mail.  Kindly note that it can take several days for registered mail to reach its destination.
 
For general processing times please refer to website at :- http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/index.asp
 
We trust that this information will be of assistance.

Yup guys its a good sign indeed. Hope to hear something from them soon. Hopefully with VISA Smiley but then its not final yet. Just wanted to keep you guys posted on the reply I got. Atleast my BC are over and thats the lenghtiest part atleast in my case till now.

Will keep you guys posted.

This email looks good. I think they should stamp your passport with Visa soon. :-)

I don't know, nobody from my employer contacted me so I really don't know if they made any calls. No calls or any verification correspondence came to me.

Oye hoye......veeere...I wish as soon as you get free...you get your visa.....soon....! I might plan my landing in June 1st week not sure as have work here in India so do not know the exact plan yet...but will update once I land
