3152 appications after August lets hook up here.

Hi talk2melas,
My visa application reached London office on 10th august 2011 and i am in 3152 category.
Still now i dont have any response from CIC and my agent.
In last month i sent an email to CIC, but no response from them.
So, can you please give email id that you sent that email, also what are the items that we mentioned in that email?
I am from India, now living in UK, my question is why they didn't sent our application back?

I sent the email to:FSW-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca <FSW-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca and cio-sydney-search-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca <cio-sydney-search-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca.Both addresses are the same.The email addresses are tricky, if you get it right, you will get an auto generated immediately you send the mail.I wrote my name, country of origin, DOB, NOC, passport number, age, country of residence, date of application, name of CIO officer that signed for my package.I got the reply after about 19 days.
  I read somewhere that IF you don't ask about your passage, they will not notify you of its return, it will simply get back to you with a cover letter.Hope this helps.

 @ Trygrps: I've not gotten it.The email stated that my full application was sent back to me on 19/10/2011.Since it was sent through regular mail, I am expecting it by end of this month or early next year, it takes time.

actually we are very much ready for what you think but as long as their is no package, no email then there is hope, I don't deceive my self it's just that we are holding on that hope:) your is returned and ours is not so we still hoping sorry for you mate try again next time

im an august applicant under NOC 3152.i emailed CIO last 15th of november and i received their reply after 2o days.my application was returned due to cap reached.It will take maybe 2 months before il have my papers.So this is it..it's not really our time for canada.there will be next year..

Well good for you Zerodise.Please do well to notify us of the outcome of this long wait for PER so we will know what we whose applications are being returned did wrong.

I received my returned application package on 25/12/2011.The letter accompaying it stated what we all knew: CAP reached.

If we all don't make it may our application be send as soon as possible back so talk we can arrange them early this July my fellow forumers I hope we all meet up in Canada someday
