Hi we have the same situation under noc 3152 I plan to submit my application next week but i really dont know if i can reach the cap..Hope sO!

just try i think you'll reach the cap. I submitted my app on 081511 and rcvd by canada on 081911. hopefully you can submit your app this august so we can track the timeline of our app. Goodluck to us..Godbless

God!!!!! i was so shocked this morning to see this update of 252 within 2 months. i just sent mine and if it takes 8-12weeks to get a file number , it absolutely means i cant reach the cap, or what do you house feel. just been skeptical. Anyway am not going to lose hope yet.

I think the calculation is incorrect, if it takes 8-12 weeks for the first update, then how aboout the 252 cap reached???, the cap has opned on July1st and from that date to update is total 8 weeks only completed. if the timeline is 8 to 12 then how the 252 cap has reached as of Aug-22

i agree with flying bird lizzyify, im just awaiting for my IELTS result on aug 26 and i plan to submit early first week of sept.
Guys anyone who can help me..
1. Can I send the authenticated documents (Red Ribbon)?
2. How many embassy fee ill be needing? Is it 550 cad?
3. What documents i need to sent to Embassy?

I am confused, will cic only count our application after it has been reviewed and gave PER before they add that to the cap count or will they already count it after they received the application? i have no idea of the process. i thought my app is safe since cic rcvd it on 081911  |

hi..i think no need to send red ribboned docs. just copy of documents that is notarized or certified true copy. 550 CAD for applicant and each dependent.. for the documents that need to be submiteed, check this link. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5612E.pdf |

i am not sure about that, but since that is also a photocopy and authenticated, I believe you can send that..hopefully our app will be approved..lets connect here so we can track our app. goodluck. |
