Dear All,

I have sent out an application without arranged employement for 3131 (Industrial Pharmacist) category on 10/27/11 and will reach to immigration dept. of canada on 11/01/11, till date update is 320 application received by October 18th 2011. How are the chances for my application to be considered under cap?

I am worried, your input or help would be appreciated.

I don't want to discourage you but you should search other options to immigrate to Canada i.e. Quebec immigration or job offer.

Riz,
I am also a Pharmacist. i sent my application last week of January 2011 and the cap was 1000 and applicants received were already 820. Nova Scotia received my documents 8th of Feb. I don't have any arranged employer, I received my visa Aug. 18, 2011 which probably stayed with dhl for awhile. It was stamped April 2011 but my consultancy failed to check it right away. If migrating to canada is God' will for you, he will make a way. He can make you the 500th it won't matter. Waiting is the most stressful part. God bless you. Grin

What was you Visa office?
This very fast. Like you got Visa in just two months?Huh? Shocked

Hi Lucky, I am from Philippines. My consultancy sent my documents and payment to Nova Scotia then were sent back to Canadian Embassy, Manila. I think it's the Manila V.O. but yes quite fast only I decided to go March next year. I'm waiting for the right timing coz I don't have relatives in Canada still looking for a place to stay. Yes, my application is about that fast only my consultancy gave my visa last august. But it was stamped april 2011 with expiry date may 2012. I kept checking my ecas it stated since june that a decision has been made. When August came I was anxious so I called my consultancy and told them I'm worried and told them my ecas says DECISION MADE. i told them it might be a negative news because till now you have not given me my visa. Two weeks after they told me that they received my visa from Manila.

 I AM PHARMACIST TOO AND  HAVE APPLIED IN OCTOBER LIKE YOU BUT JUST WANT TO CONFIRM THE ADDRESS  OF THE CIC OFFICE  AT THAT TIME ON WHICH YOU HAVE SENT AN APPLICATION  CUZ NOW IT HAS BEEN CHANGED IT WAS LIKE THIS  ....196 GEORGE STREET ETC ETC NOVA SCOTIA SYDNEY CANADA   FOR COURIER  MAIL AT THAT TIME AND NOW SOME THING ELSE
