Hi colleagues

I have plan to start my career in Canada and I need your advice in this plan.

I am emergency physician & I heard that it is so difficult to work as a doctor in Canada, so I decide to study in Canada as an emergency technician hoping that this will make me in contact with the field of emergency medicine in Canada which will make my chance to get a residency more easier and then to work as a emergency physician again.
I don't have any financial problem regarding sponsoring my self for 2-3 years studying as emergency technician, if it cost totally around 70000 US$  but do you think it will work ? Is there any one of you have or heard a similar story?
Your opinion and advice, please .

Dear ALL

There are many symbols used in this forum as , MR, PPR, CIO, VO and so on, so can any of the Seniors in this forum kindly summarize what most symbols in this forum stand for ?
We may know some of it as MR: Medical request, PPR: passport request,..etc. , but not all are known, so waiting for your help seniors? at least for any link can help , if this subject was discussed before.

Thanks
