So I understand that post-secondary education can mean college and graduate school?
Are there other kinds? My partner has a bachelor's degree already from college years ago, but is considering music school. Are there any music-related programs that can qualify for the Experience Class?

The answer is simply
yes
if he meet the following
conditions
:
He must have one year of full-time (or equivalent) work experience
legally
in Canada after graduation. His work experience must be gained within two years of applying. (
Full-time work experience means working at least 37.5 paid hours per week)
