hi everyone
i am an university graduate, planning to apply for immigration. i was a transfer student and when i came to the my university i only had 15 courses left for my graduation and i took 5 courses each semester and completed my degree with in 3 semester or 12 months. I have 15 months of job experience in canada.
So my question is do i qualify for Canadian experience class?

if you intend to apply as a graduate student, the answer is no you are not qualified because you need more 4 months of study to be eligible. it has to be at least 16 months (four semesters) from within canada .

however, if you intend to apply as a foreign worker you have to wait for another 9 months to be eligible, as they state (24 months experience for foreign workers). and remember that your work experience must be skill level A or B or 0 only according to the NOC (national occupational Classification) to be eligible. (any other type of experience will not be counted).
