2nd visit to canada from usa after getting pr

while coming back to usa the officer was so nice
he saw my indian passport and asked for i 94 copy
i am on H1 b in us but havent got the visa stamped on passport, it only has expired student visa
he said u dont even need to carry the entire h1 application package
and let me go in 2 minutes literary
it was the best border officer i have encountered
