2nd time to apply Post Grad Work Permit

Hi there,
Does anyone know if immigration or HRDC would allow international student to apply for post grad work permit for the second time? Back in 2004 I got post grad work permit for one year because the program that I took is just accounting diploma. After my work permit was expired then I went back to school to pursuit my education and got my bachelor degree. I'm wondering if I would be able to apply 2nd time post grad work permit.

    * have previously been issued a Post-Graduation Work Permit following any other program of study.
