2nd Medical done (mexico city office)

i just want to share to everybody my immigration experience, i have dode my medicals exams done twice already. the first time we did them on january 2009 they expired  on january 2010.
and i got a second request  to do the medicals  which i did this past june 24th 2010.  i applied thur the CIC office in mexico city ,  iapplied with ARRANGE OF EMPLOYMENT back in april 2008

Buffalo Skilled Worker,

My file started process in Jan. 2008.
First medical and fingerprint in June 2008.

Then LLLLLLOOOOONNNNNGGGG background check.

In August 2010 buffalo request new medical and fingerprint.
I did both and renew my history (what I did in two years 2008-2010)

When I e-mail the asking (Is my BC is ended) they reply (Yes, we have received the results of the background checks).
I want to know approximetelly how long it will take me before landing,

We did our first medical in October 2009.
Then came the follow up medical for my wife for sputum and xray which we sent in Jan 15, 2010.
Now again in July we got medical furtherance letter for TB investigation (sputum culture and repeat x-ray).
The medical result has been received by the CHC New Delhi on 31 August.
Since then We have been waiting for the final decision. I don't know how long it is going to take.
My concern is that the medical expiry date is approaching fast (October 15) and if we do not get the visa by then, it means there will be more delays requiring another medical exams for all my family members.
The thing is it has already been 81 months since the process began and the wait is killing me.
