2nd AOR

Hello Friends,

Does Visa office release 2nd AOR after checking the eligibility and the required points or they just send acknowledgement that they received the application package from CIO and later once again check the eligibility wherein the chances of rejection can be expected even after 2nd AOR based on points

Did anybody receive MR while their ecas mentioned "In Process" and " Received your Application on xxxxxx" or after one more line entered RBVO on xxxx and we are processing your file.

Please confirm.
