Does address disappearence has any relation with delay in processing? My friend's ecas is showing processing date but not mine , we had applied on same day ?? my address had disappeared for 15 days in Dec ? does it have any reason ?

Hi folks, after a long time I am posting anything here as I was just fed up of waiting but was checking the ECAS daily two times. Today one line was added to my ecas:
We received your application for permanent residence on April 16, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on July 7, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on July 14, 2010. The New Delhi office may contact you.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 2, 2012.
This is the activity in my file after a long long time. What does this means seniors. Please suggest how long will it take to get medicals from here or what is the next step here. Thanks

Somtimes it's system error, but should be dissapiaring when VOfficer touches yr file, hope for good, u might see anpther line added to yr status like they started processing yr appl. on certain day... |

Hello MARCHIE, You don't need to worry, it is application processing time, there are so many applicants before you with the same status, they are waiting. I don't know your application processing time. you can apply for CAIP report to know your application BFD, Hope you will hear good news soon, Don't worry |

I have observed that those who had sumitted their full docs in Jun-july2010 got their processing dates in january2012. now,those who had their 2nd aor in aug2010 have also started getting processing dates inFEB2012.
