Dear All,
I had sent an inquiry before to VO regarding the IN PROCESS ECAS status with RBVO details, their reply hereunder:
Dear Madam / Sir,
This is in response to your enquiry.
Your application is in process or waiting to be reviewed by an immigration officer. No further action is required by you at this time.
Our office will contact the applicant when a decision has been made or if further information is required. Immigration decisions and information requests are sent by post to the mailing address provided in the application.

Hi Chami But why is that they put our application in process if they havent even review it yet?should have been still RBVO or not? I think the same as well if they want to keep the 20 months we should be getting medicals soon.I hope so. Edit Hi Edit, I guess it depends on which VO u are dealing with. Moscow VO never given me 'in-process', they only give RBVO so far. However I've noticed London VO most of the times when issues 2AOR they give 'in-process' with 'pending for review'. I think they generate the files that way in their office. Don't panic and pay more attention what is detailed inside. Chami

taken from this thread... http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/received-caips-notes-todayplz-help-t81023.0.html CIC is working to closely manage arrivals in Canada, so that we meet, but do not exceed the immigration levels plan set by Parliament last fall for 2011. Since we have larger inventories than room within the immigration plan for admissions to Canada, we must stagger the review of applications throughout the year. We do not anticipate that we will begin to process federal skilled worker applications from March 2010 during the current calendar year. If we are able to initiate processing earlier, we will contact you. Canadian Consulate General, Buffalo New York Immigration Section hoping for good luck on 2012 ............

why you say that sunny? ? you think we will celebrate our second anniversary of augusters without visa? Micham, Based on our seniors, Lodon-Pre june 2010 (march) applications are not gonna b in process before Dec 2011. If anyone got the status as "PROCESS" with RBVO inside, It is only the technical error which is same like address dissappearing frequently from ECAS / Anyways we must boost our patience by looking at the timeframe of 2 years ie by August 2012 we must hold the maple leaf in our passport... This is again my small part of understanding only and " THERE MAY BE SITUATION COMING UP LIKE WE ARE GETTING MR BY SEPTEMBER" SO Cheers.....Nothing is gonna stop us...

hi all...i had receive a standard reply from VO dated 10th august regarding my status query
Dear Sir/Madam, This is in response to your enquiry. Unfortunately, it will take longer to process Federal Skilled Worker applications submitted under the first set of instructions (between February 27, 2008 and June 25, 2010) than originally projected. During this time, the department received applications for more than 425,000 people, and 144,000 of these have not yet received a decision. This number represents more than twice the number of projected admissions under the Federal Skilled Worker program in 2011, so many of these applicants will have to wait two years or more to be processed. Because they reflect Canada's current labour market needs, applications under the most recent set of ministerial instructions are processed on a priority basis. Our office sends immigration decisions and information requests by post or by email to the mailing and email addresses provided in the application. Therefore, it is important that our office be notified immediately of any change of address and contact details. We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum. Yours sincerely, Client Service Unit (LIB) Immigration and Medical Services Division | Direction de l'immigration et des services médicaux Canadian High Commission | Haut-commissariat du Canada 38 Grosvenor Street London, W1K 4AA | Londres, W1K 4AA United Kingdom | Royaume-Uni
