2nd AOR Received in Jan 2011, how much time for PR processing to complete

Hi,

I have submitted my PR application on 17 June 2010. The documents were submitted on 18 Oct 2010 and 2nd AOR was received in Jan 2011. The Visa Office is Buffalo. How much more time will it take to get any decision from the VO? Also,  I have submitted in Federal Skilled Worker program as a Skilled IT Project Manager, which is no longer part of the required occupation list since July 2010, however was told that applications prior to that would be processed with old rules, which means I am eligible to claim those points. Anyone in same boat, any experience with this type of application?
