I am new to this forum.

•   My NOC is 0213.
•   I got my first AOR on 31st December 2009.
•   Submitted my full documents on 27th march 2010.
•   Documents also included passport copy, birth certificate and fee of my newly born baby. (My baby born after first AOR)
•   On 15th April 2010, I received envelop containing receipt of fee payment of my new born baby and new file number.
•   My first question is, should I consider that ‘receipt of fee of new born with new file number printed on it' as 2nd AOR.
•   My e-status is received by visa office.
Detail of my e status says

We received your application for permanent residence on October 21, 2009.
 We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on December 31, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
 Your application and supporting documents were received by the Islamabad office. They are pending review.
 We transferred your application to the Islamabad office on January 5, 2010. The Islamabad office may contact you.
 
My second concern is that my e status does not show that my file is transferred to London or not. Does anyone else with same time lines have same details in e-status?

Please guide should I put case specific enquiry to ask where my application is. And about 2nd AOR.

Hi Blessings,

I have also applied with the same NOC as you did and more less same time lines and status, so keep in touch.
