Hi,
I had contacted New Delhi VO after not receiving 2nd AOR for over 2 months through case-specific enquiry and this is their response :-

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi.

Please note that we have received your application forms and documents. They have been attached to the file and the file is awaiting initial review. You must await our contact.

We trust that this information will be of assistance.

Does this mean that they have not yet issued 2nd AOR( if not, why?) or that it has been already issued? Pl. help as this waiting is really frustrating...  Cry

 @ mis
Well, I also thought AOR must be issued and have already written to them, however as wxyz123, I guess the file is dumped somewhere for some unknown reason and they have prob. not bothered to issue 2nd AOR also... guess I am at their mercy.
 @ wxyz123
I have been waiting all this while but most ppl. have got 2nd AORs from ND CHC within a month max. and I am getting q. worried as time goes by, I believe I should ask for CAIIPS if I don't get a response within another 30-45 days... it feels bad to be the one left out... maybe it might also due to my NOC or even the work ex. docs given as supporting evidence...
