is anybody can tell me that 2nd AOR get how much time after sending the full document to newdelhi embassy and if i get 2nd AOR, is its means that i clears the 67 point valuation or not.

Time depends on which visa office you are working with,  from a couple of weeks - 3 months.   2ND AOR is only the reception of your documents by visa office,  points calculation is later.

Time depends on which visa office you are working with,  from a couple of weeks - 3 months.   2ND AOR is only the reception of your documents by visa office,  points calculation is later.

I beg to differ here.

if your initial application was after the 26th of June and you sent all your documents to the CIO, then they've already verified your points in the CIO.

Your VO will go over the papers and do a background check, only if something is amiss from the CIO observations will you lose points.

Else, for all practical purposes, once you receive the positive final eligibility review (PER) you point calculations are done.
