I guess the way 2nd AOR comes is VO specific.....either my an ordinary mail or e-mail.
For Singapore VO, it comes via ordinary mail.

Now this has raised a concern inside. I got 1 PER so far from CIC, almost 22 days ago and my e-cas status is yet to become "RBVO".

As I saw my address on CIC website, the contents are OK but the order is wrong and I am afraid that the 2AOR mail might fail to reach me.

So even though, my e-cas status is not RBVO yet, shall I send e-mail to my VO, mentioning my ID no. and inform them to correct the order of address contents or I better wait until the e-cas status gets changed to RBVO?

regards

I got it through regular mail (from Singapore VO). The timeline should be within one month from submission of full docs.
