2nd AOR and Ecase status

What is the meaning or 2nd aor .....i mean it is just acknowledgment of receiving document and payment or calculation of points system and check all the documents.
Secondly, is any kind of disadvantages of checking ecase status again and again..... i mean is they check all the logs and can its bad effects on our case.

What is the meaning or 2nd aor .....i mean it is just acknowledgment of receiving document and payment or calculation of points system and check all the documents. (its just ack of reciept) points are calculated on next BFD from 2nd AOR.....
Secondly, is any kind of disadvantages of checking ecase status again and again..... i mean is they check all the logs and can its bad effects on our case. (No why would there be neg effect - Online check is available for customer convinience and decreases their query load as well)
