What is your total number of formal education? Then, we can answer you or check the immigration guide EG7.

EG7 reads:"

Example 1: If you have a Master‟s degree but have completed only 16 years of full-time study, award yourself 22 points. 

Example 2: If you have a four-year Bachelor's degree and have completed 14 or more years of study, award yourself 20 points. 

Master‟s or PhD AND at least 17 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study 25

Two or more university degrees at the Bachelor's level AND at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study 22

A three-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship AND at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study  22

A university degree of two years or more at the Bachelor's level, AND at least 14 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study 20

Would you show us the breakdown of 16 yrs, is it: 12 school + 4 bachelor, or 12 school, 3 bachelor, and 1 apprenticeship? How is it? Sorry I'm not familiar with pakistani education system.

The other thing is you get more points in IELTS or try arranged employment.

Then my friend, it's 20 points for education.

You need to give it another try for IELTS as you got 14 instead of 16. You missed 2 points because of writing test. If you retry and secure the full 16, then you pass.

You need to do this quickly before the new laws expected on June/July this year.

Sorry, I couldn't be of much help to your case.

Relax and believe that this is your destiny. Don't give up amd redo IELTS if it's your only exit. Look, there was another thread, very inspiring thread, about a member who got rejected twice and filed his case for the third time and just received his PR. So, don't give up, the process is hectic and lengthy... U have to have the 'gobs' to pass it safely.

You had great scores for IELTS and redoing it again will be piece of cake. Try your luck Anam.

hi
i was also short of 1 point ( i got 10 in IELTS and was in need of 11)
i sat agian in IELTS and got 16....

u can do it ... doc are very good in English and i writing forum members can give u good tips

go for one more try .. i hope u will do it.
