2011 spousal sponsership visa office sydney, NSW Australia

I applied for spousal sponsorship on April 26th, sponsorship approved may 26th, file received by Sydney on june 6th.We did submit all the documents including medical, pcc and fees on april 26th itself.

 Received a letter of acknowledgement from Sydney on july 6th saying that they have received the application on june 6th. It's been more than one month now and ecas status is still showing “application received”

I saw few cases here for 2010 where they have received letter from Sydney within one month and also ecas status showing “ in progress” not “ application received”

Is there anyone here with Sydney (NSW) as the visa office applied in 2011?

just wondering does Sydney VO sends any acknowledgement email/postal letter upon receipt of application file from Mississauga?

My husband received an email frm Missi saying thy have send application to Sydney VO on 13Sept, but havnt heard anythign from Sydney VO
