2010 Applicants to sponsor spouse processed in SIN CHC

Since then, it's showing " IN PROCESS ". Not even saying that "Medical results Received ", Just "In Process "

My situation is not straight, Divorced to X-wife and got married again to my current wife. Submitted Divorce Certificate and Divorce Registration Document as per their Checklist. Also, all other documents ( Phone Bill, Photographs, Money Receipt, Wedding Invitation card, Hotel Receipts) were submitted. Still taking long time as it's already 7 mnths passed. I know someone who submitted with me at same time and recently got "INTERVIEW LETTER "whereas I haven't got anything.

Do anyone has any idea, what's going on there in SIN CHC and what is their average processing time now?

Your times will not be the same as others, you already stated "My situation is not straight".

Average processing times won't help much.
