Thanks Zaid for your reply. One more question please if you dont mind. What is the PSDEC and SELDEC dates in your CAIPS? Is it the same date that your e cas status said "started processing your application on xx-xx-xxxx? I just want to figure out if my PSDEC is 1 by this time as my e cas status is "in process" since July 31, 2009. Please help... Sorry for asking you too many questions I just cannot wait for my CAIPS to arrive... |

just received my CAIPS a while ago. It says:
IM1017S requested on 08-07-2009 (is this the medical forms???)
Note: I havent received any medical forms, and in fact last November 2009 I sent them an inquiry through case specific inquiry and they said they have not sent anything since AOR which I received in July 2009.
PSDEC 1 on 31-07-2009
Now my questions are:
Is IM1017s medical form? Does this mean that they sent it on July 8, 2009?
How come they send me the medical forms before the PSDEC date?
Another surprising thing is that the BFD is set on March 25, 2011. HOw could this be, I am under the fast track process??
Please help... |

As I understand under the fast track IM1017S does not represents Medical forms but we should check with seniors.
In terms of BFD date Jan is almost finished and it question of 2 more months I would suggest better wait and send them request by mid April if you donot receive any requests.

I did not ordered caips notes yet sorry for that.
Aspire my case is going to be very difficult to undersatnd. I've got another reply from London office and it is reply to my original enquiry said "Routine background checks are ongoing.You will be contacted in due course" while as I told you 2 days ago I received another reply regarding missing letter they sent to me in July and asking me to confirm my address.
Please I am really very confused and I want a help.

BAHCAD, my BFD is March 25, 2011 not March 25, 2010. So it is after 1 year and 2 months, and is very unusual for applicant under the fast track system. What do you think? |

I suggest you send them another e mail again. Mention that you received reply from them in a span of 2 days giving you 2 contradicting informations... Try order CAIPS too Zaid. It seems that evevrything is a mess in London... |

Suggest you send them an email and explain the BFWD date in CAIPS notes and that you are under the fast track system
