Kunal applied before the new regulation are published although the case is considered under the new system. ~So the 8 months letter shold be considered after the documents have been submitted. Generally speaking 10 days from the date of submission. So I would suggest him to wait until Jan. 2010 before make an enquiry.

Ah OK...so the AOR which Kunal mentioned he received from London was the provitional AOR, because the 38 list were not identified that time.

I think wait for 1-2 more week as postal service in uk are on strike.But after that time if nothing comes up u just enquire abt status of the file.

I think you still in the safe side as my  has been sent documents since 11th May and no medical has been received yet. You have  one option which is Patience.

Check my timeline below. I applied way way ahead of you. I still dont have my medical request. And believe me there are lots of applicants whose status changed to in process ahead of me still do not have their medical requests up to this time.

Do not worry, nothing is wrong with your application....in God's perfect time, it will come...

Got to know from trackitt forum that there is a quota for each type of application like FSW,PNP etc and this year quota for FSW is full so now they will issue medical  request or ppr in the new year.I do not know wether it is true information or not but if someone have any information regarding this or can provide any link pls share with us.

My ecas is also In Process but got to know from other members that when u send the medical the status will still be that only when u click that IN PROCESS 1 more line will appear that medical recieved.
Is is coming in ur status?Today around 5 pm the ecas will change. pls check.
Actually I dont know wether they have recieved the medical and rprf or not.Rprf is send by DHL and they have delieverd at lembeth and sighed.the area of canadian high comission ,grosvener street is in that lembeth area and they r saying it is delieved there.Just curiour.
any idea?should i mail them to enquire.

I received the Passport request .......through email.....given 45 days to reply with all doccuments..........medical was done on 15th Sept.......No change in ECAS
