Hello All,
I did my medicals on 25 sep 09 and the doctor had sent that on 2 october 2009 with a Priority postal service (non traceable). Due to strikes problem in uk, I am not sure that cic london have received that. Is it true when CIC received medicals they updated ECAS with medical received options or should write email to cic regarding my medicals.
my time is
AOR 26 jan 09. documents 21 may. medical and Visa fee on 12 sep 09. medical done 25 sep.

I will be thankful for your advice.

hi guys,

i am a bit confused. regarding form IMM0008 Schedule 1: Background/ Declaration, my wife has started a new job since we send the initial application to Sydney, NS.

now that we have received AOR & need to send the complete application to Local CHC, do we need to fill in a new Schedule 1: Backgroud/ Declaration form or we should just attach a letter with the potocopy of the initial application stating that She has taken up a new job???

thnx in advance......................

For me...you have to update the form you submitted to CIO and then explain in a separate letter all the changes you have made in any forms...no need to attach the previous one...just reprint it and make sure it ties with what you have written in the CIO forms....

My question is:
1.Along with medicals they have asked for PCC from Tanzania where I had stayed.I had at the time of submission of full docs with the visa office, filed the proof of having submitted the necessary docs for obtaining the PCC,along with finger prints etc.But I am yet to get the same. They hv told me to submit the PCC also along with the Medicals by the 18th of Nov'09.

Penpal,
If I was you I would email a copy of the request for PCC from Canadian Embassy along with a supporting letter stressing the urgency of the situation and outlining the fact that they have already delayed your case.

Dear Seniors & well wishers,
i have following  enquiries before i sent the full docs to London CHC:

1. for fund, if my available fund now goes up by another C$5000, is that any problem? i mean, will i have to fil in a new form or just state it in the letter?

2. my spouse has started a new job which is not in the Background/ Declaration. if i want to show it in the full docs for London CHC, will i have to fil in a new form or just state it in the letter?

3. my father's name is different in my passport & in my educational certificates, which i didn't notice before. how can i inform the London CHC about it?

Seniors or any well wishers, plz help............................................

I have submitted my documents updated on 9th August09 to CHC London and the e system shows that applicantion reviewed and startered processing on 1st September'09. Kindly share your knowkedge, what is it mean? is it that I have passed the eligibility points or still some more review to be done.

Thank you & good luck for all of you

Yes your case has been reviewed and the case has been opened for processing..so your Medicals and other further requirements will be forwarded to you appropriately.

Surean,
You would have passed the eligibility points on your first application. No need to worry about points now providing all your supporting documents are ok.
Application reviewed: means they have checked to see that you have sent all the documents required.
In process: means that they are checking that your documents are authentic and all the information is correct.
Hopefully not to long before you make your move to Canada. Best of luck.
