Any progress in any applicant of 2007 from Pakistan??? 2007 London app are getting medical and req for PPR......

 Dear 2007 applicant please explain somthing regarding this .All applications received prior to Feburary 27 2008
   are to be processed pursuant to legislation in effect at the time of application.
   What about ours cases after the Ministeral instruction? They will process or not? After two or three years
    waits? Please forum members like Pmm,Leon,Jobseeker.put some light on above matter.

With reference to the news on the above link, i have received a nomination letter from Ontario Immigration.
Is there anyone else on this forum who received any such letter.

       please mention the information that you have got from Ontario Immigration.

That i can apply to under provincial immigration to Ontario without any additional fee so the old Federal Skilled Workers (FSW) are expected to take a longer time.
Is there anyone else on this forum who received any such letter?

     what do think about minister statement regarding backlog? The minister said that backlog applicantl
   applications will send or the provinces will choose the applicant. what does minister statementmean?

Now, minister J. Kenny has offered various provinces of Canada that they can select as many as foreign workers (in fact federal skilled workers) from the backlog data pool. He says that this action will help reducing backlog much faster..............let see what happens now...
