hi. i m sep 06 applicant and still not received any response for document updation. in april 09 i got letter of continued interest. i believe that now adays 2003-2004 applications are being processed and we can hope any response from CIC in late 2010. i m also thinking to reapply under fast trach by not disturbing my old application. but confused !!!! is it possible to carry on two aplications at a time?

dream_can....yes u can definitely apply under fast track as long as ur profession falls under one of the 38 categories listed...u can keep 2 applications going side by side...the only disadvantage is that you will loose ur application fee for the old application..so if u really fall under the fast track, it is surely a good idea to go ahead with it...good luck with whatever u decide to choose....

As guided by Toasty Malik you can file your new case and don't withdraw your old application, keep in mind your previous category is still in the new list of 38 categories. Best of luck |

Most of those who got a documents update letter are waiting for Medicals or some kind of communication, while others are yet to receive anything at all. Kind of "STALEMATE/STANDSTILL" situation.
