Hi Hurry.visitor

Thanks for your kind wishes. They have asked us to send our passports and they have cleared it that it does not guarantee that we will receive visa!!  also have asked for landing fee and two recent photos. It is explained how we should send our passports.
this stage may take up to 8 weeks.

Best Wishes

Hi, quoting you "they have cleared it that it does not guarantee that we will receive visa!!  ..Was this information in your PPR request letter or in your medical instruction letter?

Hi everybody,
The new regulation is out now, according to that the CIC ONLY admits 20,000 skilled workers for each year globally. It is a huge reduction in admitting of new immigrants.
Guys, what do you think? Do you think it may affect the processing time of our applications or they just don't consider CAP limitation for old applications?

"Canada will continue to welcome historically high numbers of immigrants, but we need to manage the number of new applications or risk creating new backlogs and longer processing times," Minister Kenney said. "We have more than enough applications on hand now to fill many of our needs, and we want to be fair to those people who have been waiting the longest." Quoting the Minister.

According to the press release, and the limitation, as far as I understood, its concerning new applicants from 26 June 2010 and onwards.

In addition, it seems like that finally they realized that they have to be fair with old applicants (the ones that have been waiting the most). BUT, and BUT, and BUT, ITS TOO LATE, we already waited and waited and waited, at least more than 4 years have passed, and we are entering the 5th, and still waiting for update letter (which is considered first step). still medical, and background checks, and prpf, and bla bla bla......They shoulda thought about it since February 2008 (the day they issued the new regulations with the 38 list).

Again I remind you that I know someone that applied in early 2009, and he is already there. What about 2005 and 2006?Huh

This is what I needed to say, Any feedback guys?Huh

Hi Dears,

I read a post for a Damascus 2006 Applicant who's file was transferred to Warsaw, he contacted them by email, and they replied that they will contact him in about 6 months period.

In about means its between now and six month, so it might be 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, ect.... however, 6 months is too lonnnnggg, 3 months from the transfer are ok, but 6 months is toooo loooong.
