First they will ask for updateddocuments and after that ifapproved then they will ask for medical.Please confirm first whether you have submitted any updated docs to CHC,ND.

I am also 2006 May applicant, I did not get any medical request upto now from CHC New Delhi.
If anybody (2006 applicant) got request for medical please share the experiance with us.

Hi there,
I have applied in July 2005 in Administration (Skilled Worker), and in Jan-09 they asked whether we are still interested in immigrating to Canada or to get refund, I opted for the 1st option and till date waiting for any information. Any 2005 applicant received any other information please update.

You made a mistake coonar. If you had withdrawn the application and re-applied in 2009, I'm sure you would
be enjoying Canadian Summer. Or atleast got your visa by now.

Hi Coonar, now you don't withdraw the old application, but apply immediately if your profession is part
of the 29 NOC's currently allowed by CIC as of July 2011.
But for that you need to have IELTS results and other requirements.

When will our turn come...
Will they process the application after the case judgement now or they are on the job..
