Hi Friends,
My application is  in process since March 2005. I had applied for permanent immigration along with my family (Wife). Now during this time period following changes have been taken place:
1. We blessed with twins in Dec 2006.
2. My wife got Punjab Govt. Job, now she is working as a Science Mistress since Dec. 2006.
3. I have changed my Job/Company.
As many members are advising that 2005 batch shall pull over their socks and shall be ready with all the documents, how shall I proceed further and which documents shall I start updating?

You need to advise them that you have some children now so they can add them to your application.  Otherwise just update whatever documents they ask you for.

Dear All,
I was out of touch from this forum due to some reason. After my last post, i got UL in Dec 2008, Doc. sent in Feb 2009 and now waiting for further communication from CHC.
I guess, most of the 2005 applicants would receive ULs in coming months.
Best of luck..

For  us  (old applicants , old guys , unfair  cases , unwanted  applicant )  we all have received  UL  letters ,
If not all 50%  . And we did  our best  to update  all these documents  spending  hundreds  dollars  translating  ...and sending   ... but I try to find out an  answer   if there  is  any hope or any trust on CHC  when new applicants  get there visa within  6  months ,   and the others  since 2005 like me are still waiting .      pending .....and....  pending  years   until another  updated   letters  after   years   .
These things may happen in developing  countries where I am .  but  somewhere  like Canada ....  I am totally    surprised  !!!!!!!,  how  they   manage  like that  ???
Unfortunately  our  opinion  is for us only   to calm down  each other  because no one from CHC have a access to this forum   . to have some idea .    at least     to bring our applications from the basement  and  begin to process  fairly    . that's  we merit  guys
Good Luck for all
