Dear friend,

I have received visa information from my consultant. I have not yet receivd the ppt with visa stamped, but my e-cas shows, decision made.

I hope this will help. They have started processing my application on January 2004

Yes friend i applied in July,2004 and just recently i received a Provisional acceptance of my case from CHC Islamabad.
And waiting for medical papers

It is a preliminary acceptance so it sounds like you are accepted as for the data you have already provided but you still need to pass the medicals.
